Victorian 8ct Gold, Chalcedony Drop Earrings
A striking pair of antique pendant earrings, set with pear-shaped chalcedony drops suspended beneath round chalcedony cabochons. The drops swing freely from their articulated attachments, creating plenty of eye-catching movement during wear.
Delicate acanthus-style foliate engraving decorates the gold settings – just beautiful!
Dating from the early 1900s, these gorgeous hand-crafted earrings are unstamped but have been tested as 8ct gold, (although the drop findings test as 12ct).
Measuring 5.7cm in length from the top of the shepherds hook, they make quite a statement on the ear!
