Antique And Vintage Elegance

Vintage Mikimoto Pearl Earrings in Sterling Silver

USD Approx. $0

An elegant pair of vintage Mikimoto pearl earrings from the Mid-Century 1950s.
Crafted in sterling silver, these gorgeous screwbacks (for non-pierced ears) each showcase a top-quality Akoya pearl of 7.3mm, framed by beautifully hand-engraved leaf detail.
The earrings measure 17mm by 13mm width and weigh 6.48g in total, bearing Mikimoto’s stamping to the rear of the closures.
In excellent condition, the pearls are perfectly spherical with excellent lustre (Mikimoto use only the finest quality pearls in their pieces), while the leafy surrounds are beautifully crisp with no wear to the engraving detail.
The first to bring cultured pearls to the market in the early decades of the 1900s, Mikimoto have always maintained the strictest standards of quality and workmanship. Combined with their beautifully elegant designs, their Vintage pieces are the creme-de-la-creme of Mid-Century pearl jewellery.
This stunning pair come boxed in their original packaging as shown!
